•1 minute Db Alt. Bent Row

Since I’m unable to play soccer this weekend, I settled on a Leg Day.
Barbell Squat 4 x 8reps
Leg Press 3 x 12reps
Db RDL ss Db Calf Raise 3 x 10reps
Weighted Ball Deadbugs 2 x 10reps
AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
1 min on 10 sec off x 2
Db lunges
Mountain climbers
Kb push press

Hi guys, a little update since being off on maternity leave. Baby Freya and I have been doing really well and enjoying the summer with the family.
As August is coming to an end, I’ve been eager to get back into the gym. I still have full intentions in coming back to work this FALL - set dates will be announced soon once the beginning of school is settled and I have my schedule set.
Can’t wait to see everyone again :)
