I thought we were just creating content… but our media day at became a beautiful reminder of why I love this work ✨

Surrounded by nature, animals, and the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, I felt completely present. I could feel the space around me shift as the sound resonated through not only me, but the animals and the land itself.

It brought me out of my head and into my heart,
Out of resistance and into flow,
Out of distraction and into a deep knowing 🪷

A reflection on the experiences that have shaped me recently 🪷

It’s taken me time to fully process and integrate everything Bali gave me. On this Solstice and International Yoga Day, I finally feel like I’ve arrived at that place of integration.

My YTT in Ubud was truly life-changing in more ways than I can put into words. It revealed new depths within me—my strength, my capacity, and my love. 🤍

My Lakshmi family will forever be woven into my journey, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. 🧘

Here’s to a lifetime of learning, devotion, and sharing this love.
