Today is a great hot sunny summer day with the humidity factor causing it to feel like 35 defrees celcius. I walk aroud with a water bottle to make sure I stay hydrated.

How much water are you drinking daily? Do you wait to feel thursty before reaching for something to drink?

We need water to survive that we know. Drinking water has many great benifits on our health and drinking more water will benefit our skin as well. Moisturising creams are great but we have to start this hydration from within our bodies to get the complete benifits out of our skincare products.
