Blissed Out Dance

Blissed Out Dance Dance Church is a place where people can move together in a safe, non judgmental environment. To let go, be free, move our bodies, sweat, and have fun.

I have always had a love for dance growing up. I felt relaxed and free when I would put on a song,connect with it, and move. Somehow over the years after having children, and leading a busy life I stopped dancing, however there was always a yearning in my soul for dance. Recently while doing some meditation and soul searching I felt my inner guide telling me to move my body again. Fear slipped in

told me that my body was too out of shape and there was no way I could dance like I used to, but I chose to release the fear and step into faith so I attended a dance temple much like this one. I was amazed that my body was able to support me the whole time, it was just waiting for me to step back into it and move the way my soul intended. Dance Church was born because I want to hold a safe space where people can dance again. To feel supported and able to move freely to music without fear of judgment from ourselves or anyone else. This is a place to break free, release stress, connect to our bodies, spirit, and community. To express ourselves through movement, love, and freedom. Not to mention break a sweat and have fun. I feel so passionate about the healing energy that dance is and I'm so excited to move with you.

The holidays are a time of connection and joy, but it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves amidst it all.
My beautiful sister-friend Annie and I are offering an ecstatic dance workshop that invites you to reconnect with your body and spirit through music, movement, breath and community.
Through Annie’s grounding guided meditation and my Inner Journeys dance exploration you’ll experience the beauty of releasing tension and filling your cup through the power of rhythm and flow.
