When we started Sweet Pea, the goal was simply to create a space where people could move, feel welcome, try something new, and find a community they could be part of. To see our little studio recognized like this feels completely surreal.

For those who follow me on Facebook and Instagram, I’ll be stepping into a period of rest and healing this summer as I recover from a medical procedure.

This time is an important part of my own healing journey, and I’m allowing myself the space to fully receive it. I look forward to returning in the fall feeling renewed, grounded, and inspired to share new offerings with you.
