Well she finally arrived!

Nora Lyn, born October 22nd at 4:10pm weighing in at 7lbs 6oz and 20” long.

Both mama and baby are doing fantastic and big brother is not convinced Nora is actually here yet. We are over the moon with our little rainbow baby 🌈

This means a few things are going to change for this awesome dad!

In order to best serve his existing clients, Jamie will not be accepting new assessments in the month of October. He will be away from the clinic for two weeks after the baby is born, and we expect him to return in mid-November.

What does that mean for you?

✅ If you’re a new client, you can book an assessment in the month of September, and a follow up in October to kickstart your treatment plan. Because of the timing of Jamie’s parental leave, your services are unlikely to be interrupted if you book soon! 💪

✅ If you’re an existing client, we encourage you to book your September and October appointments now, while there’s still availability, and to make sure there is as little interruption to your care as possible!

How is your massage therapist’s (or other rehab professionals) music game? 🎶
I mentioned before atmosphere is a big part of a good experience and the music definitely plays a BIG role 😌
Next time you’re in to see your RMT and you like their music, compliment them. We do put a lot of thought into it 💭

There is a lot of information out there that tells us to “do this” “eat that” or that the answer to all our problems are just “one payment of $69.95 away, but act now and…” 😵‍💫
