Did you hear? We’re pleased to share meaningful news for Halton Hills!
The Ontario government has announced funding for 32 additional long-term care beds at Bennett Village, building on the 94 already approved. This week MPP Joseph Racinsky shared the news on the future site of our new home. Once complete, the new Bennett Centre will provide care for 192 residents, helping to meet a growing need here in Halton Hills.
For our community, this means more families can keep their loved ones close to home, and more seniors can age in place with dignity, connection, and care.
“As the only not-for-profit, Long-term Care operator in Halton Hills, Bennett Village is committed to ensuring that we have adequate beds for our seniors to age in place. Supporting our elders requires a broad community effort, family, neighbors, friends, and services, to ensure they receive dignity, connection, and care, combating isolation and easing caregiver burden...”
