From earning just ₱3,000 a month… to becoming a Global Marketing Director and changing hundreds of lives. This is the inspiring story of Ms. Elsa Baldago.
Ms. Elsa Baldago from Davao, Philippines is now a Global Marketing Director and a graduate of BS Accountancy. Before entering the business, she worked for 19 years in various private companies. In 2022, she was promoted as Global Marketing Director and has received numerous awards, including the 2022 Highest Group Growth Award and the Top 1 Lifestyles Loyalty Program Award in April 2025.
But her journey was far from easy.
Back then, she was only earning ₱3,000 a month and had no savings at all. Life became even more challenging when her husband fell into depression, which eventually led to bone cancer. It was a very difficult time for their family.
Everything started to change when her husband began taking the Better Together Kit. After consistently using the products, they saw a remarkable improvement. His laboratory test results gradually returned to normal, and this experience gave them hope.
Because they personally witnessed the benefits of the products, Ms. Elsa became interested in the business opportunity. She decided to take a bold step of faith. Using her credit card, she borrowed ₱60,000 as her starting capital.
In less than two weeks, all her products were sold. She was promoted to Regional Director and received her first commission check worth ₱28,000. She shared that it was the first time in her entire life to hold that amount of money in her hands.
Excited and inspired by what she experienced, she continued working on the business. Her next check reached ₱60,000, and from that moment on, she remained consistent and committed. Her dedication and hard work eventually led her to be promoted as Global Marketing Director in 2022.
Today, her life has completely changed. She has purchased multiple brand-new cars, invested in properties, and renovated their home. But more importantly, she didn’t just transform her own life—many of the people she introduced to the business are now also buying their own cars and gradually improving their lives as well.
Her journey has opened doors to travel opportunities, financial growth, and the chance to help many families build a better future.
