Someone recently asked me on a podcast:
“Sachin, what’s the ultimate flex right now?”
Not biohacking.
Not peptides.
Not living to 150.
My answer surprised them.
Honestly, it surprised me too.
I think the ultimate flex is PRESENCE.
Being fully here.
In this breath.
In this conversation.
In this moment.
Because most people are either:
• replaying the past
• rehearsing the future
• or doom scrolling through life
Meanwhile, their actual life is happening NOW.
Here’s what I’ve realized:
You could live 50 lifetimes in one lifetime if you learned how to truly be present.
And the second flex?
Equanimity.
Learning how to witness life without being emotionally hijacked by every little thing.
Because every time we flip into stress, fear, outrage, or fight-or-flight… every cell in the body changes.
Healing changes.
Digestion changes.
Hormones change.
Breathing changes.
Most people want healing, energy, longevity, and peace…
…but they live in a constant state of emergency.
Try this:
Hold your breath for one minute.
Now tell me time isn’t flexible.
A minute while doom scrolling disappears instantly.
A minute without breath feels eternal.
Attention bends time.
Presence expands life.
So maybe the goal isn’t just to live longer.
Maybe the goal is to actually ARRIVE in your life while you’re here.
