Last week, our founder and CEO, Sascha Boulet-Devost, was recognized by Business Magazine as a Top 50 CEO, inducted into the Top 50 CEO Hall of Fame, named Top Leader for companies with 51–250 employees, and received the incredible honour of the Top CEO of Atlantic Canada.
While Sascha’s name may be on the awards, these wins belong to so many people. Anyone who knows how this organization actually works knows whose hands built every win behind them.
They belong to the Capture team across our communities in Atlantic Canada - the practitioners, administrators, leaders, and support teams who show up every day with heart, courage, skill, and belief in what we are building.
They belong to the families who stand behind the clinical days, the big dreams, the hard seasons, and the moments that require bravery.
They belong to our patients, partners, referral sources, and communities who continue to trust us, grow with us, and remind us why accessible, compassionate healthcare matters. To our communities across Atlantic Canada - thank you for choosing us, challenging us, and growing with us. You are the reason any of this matters.
Capture has never been built by one person. It has been built by people who care deeply. People who lead with heart. People who choose courage when things are hard. People who believe healthcare can be better, more connected, and more human.
