Hello beauties! I've been away for a long while from the traditional sit-down studio style yoga and meditation teaching. Taking the practice I love off the cushion and into the real world has been such a rewarding journey! Now more than ever having the tools to manage ones mind and emotions are becoming imperative to quality of life. I'm contemplating returning to teaching meditation classes and workshops once again, from the practical lens of real life application. Send me a dm if this is something you are interested in.
