Taking care of yourself can also look like:

💫 Scolding yourself like a mom would, when you haven't been eating well or sleeping enough.
💫 Writing down what you would have liked to hear, in situations when you felt dissapointed and let down.
💫Doing things even when you don't feel like it,because your body deserves it and not because you "need to".

Taking care of yourself, doesn't always look like sunshines and rainbow.

Being aware of Instrinsic Self Care and using it to enhance your Self love is so very important! ❤

Self love is the foundation to having a a consistent Self Care.

👉🏾ASKFFIRMATIONS.Instead of using simple "I Am" affirmations, turn it in the form of a question.

The results are mind boogling because the brain doesn't discard the Affirmation as "True" or False" immediately. ✅❌
When caught with a question, the brain searches for an answer! 🔍

Turn "I am confident" to "Why am I so confident"

Turn " I am capable of anything"
to " How come I am capable of anything I put my mind to?"

👉🏾Write down your every thoughts... the concept of JOURNALING is more than just that secret diary you kept under your pillow the beginning of High School! 📒

You are not your thoughts. They are meant to be released. Not pent up.
Sometimes we don't find ourselves the time to let out what our heart and our minds carries and we get heavier without realizing.

Keep a notebook near you and bring it along side you when your at your work desk, on the bus ride, at a cafe. 🚍☕

Write down your every thoughts...Yeah! Even the goofiest ones!

Or the ones that puts a heavy feeling in your stomach. Put it all out and let the pen have a converation! For 5min, 15min, an hour. No matter how long, consistency is key! 🕙

👉🏾Visualization! Use your imagination to create a space of love and power for yourself. We unlearn the Power of imagination as we grow yet it is such an important part of our Psyche, of our Health.
