Awareness Breathwork Why Breathwork? Breathwork is a somatic experience that helps us release trauma through the body and not just only through verbal articulation.

Breathwork is a gentle but yet powerful somatic experience where we use the breath as a tool to access unconscious limiting beliefs and trauma stored in the body.

th as a tool in order to access our subconsciousness, allowing us to transcend the mind and release emotions as well as past traumas of birth and childhood. It is through this process that we can bring clarity and purpose to our life. Yet, at the same time it allows the body to repair itself on a cellular level. Breathwork is in essence a deep dive into the center of our own being. A few of the benefits are:

- 70% of the toxins of the body are released through the breath itself- the more we breathe the more we release.

- Access the source of information of dis-ease and transforms it by understanding the thoughts and believe system behind it.

- Access expanded states of consciousness in order to bring clarity to our unique paths and life purpose.

- Helps to heal wounds from the past including patterns and imprints of birth and childhood.

- Increases the experience of inner peace and surrender.

- Reduces stress and anxiety by increasing the energy and well-being.

- Transcends the mind and emotions and supports the awakening to the truth of who you really are


Beyond Meditation...

While the mind is in a deep state of meditation, we are able to uncover things about ourselves that have created a burden in our life up until now. These uncoverings often function as the catalyst towards the liberation that the inner self is longing for. Most recent studies in the world of therapy have shown that one does not fully integrate those new uncoverings on purely the psychological level but that they need to be intergrated as well on a physical level through the body itself. I wasn’t supposed to teach this.
I came to breathwork because I needed it. I was blocked. Performing. Lost in my own life even though on paper, everything looked fine.
What shifted wasn’t another course or method. It was learning how to actually feel again.
Now I share what I wish someone had shown me. That your body isn’t your enemy. It’s trying to protect you. And sometimes all it needs is your presence.

A note for anyone who has tried slowing down and felt it didn’t slow anything down.
The reason isn’t a lack of discipline.
It’s that we were slowing down the surface, not the system underneath.
Real slowness costs more than the aesthetic version. It asks us to stop performing groundedness and actually be on the ground.
That’s where the practice begins.

Une note pour ceux qui ont déjà essayé de ralentir et qui ont senti que ça ne ralentissait rien vraiment.
La raison, c’est pas un manque de discipline.
C’est qu’on ralentissait la surface, pas le système en dessous.
La vraie lenteur coûte plus que la version esthétique. Elle nous demande d’arrêter de performer l’enracinement et d’être vraiment sur le sol.
C’est là que la pratique commence.

The short version is this: I didn’t come to this work as a teacher. I came as someone who needed it.
What I teach now is what I wish someone had taught me earlier.

The group is starting to come together, and I can feel that familiar instinct to hang back a bit… to stay on the edge, waiting for things to feel clearer before I say anything.

It’s a feeling I know really well…that quiet pause.
That subtle step back right when something real is starting to happen… and honestly, waiting hasn’t ever really changed anything. So instead of holding back, I’m just saying it now.

This May in Montreal, I’m opening a six-month training in Awareness Breathwork.

It’s not about adding more tools or trying to turn yourself into someone else.

It’s about learning to recognize these patterns as they arise, and gently staying with what’s already here.

Working with the breath, with attention, with what’s actually here in this moment.

Le groupe commence à prendre forme, et je sens ce réflexe familier de rester un peu en retrait… de rester sur le bord, à attendre que ça devienne plus clair avant de dire quoi que ce soit.

C’est une sensation que je connais vraiment bien… ce petit moment de pause.
Ce léger recul, juste au moment où quelque chose de réel commence à émerger… et honnêtement, attendre n’a jamais vraiment changé quoi que ce soit. Donc au lieu de retenir ça, je le dis maintenant.

En mai à Montréal, j’ouvre une formation de six mois en Awareness Breathwork.

Ce n’est pas pour accumuler plus d’outils ou essayer de devenir quelqu’un d’autre.
C’est pour apprendre à reconnaître ces patterns quand ils apparaissent, et rester doucement avec ce qui est déjà là.

Travailler avec le souffle, avec l’attention, avec ce qui est réellement là, dans l’instant.

I see a lot of breathwork out there and a lot of it is about doing something how to breathe, how to guide, how to help someone get somewhere.. ..and it can be really powerful but there’s always a moment where that stops working, where something comes up and there’s not really anything to do with it..
just BEing there, alone, together and honestly… that’s not always comfortable…
that’s the part i’m interested in and also what this training is built around

je vois beaucoup de breathwork passer et souvent, c’est autour de faire quelque chose
comment respirer, comment guider, comment amener quelqu’un quelque part…
et ça peut être vraiment puissant...
mais il y a toujours un moment où ça ne fonctionne plus
où quelque chose arrive et il n’y a pas vraiment quoi faire avec ça…
juste ÊTRE là, seul, ensemble
et honnêtement… c’est pas toujours confortable..c’est ce qui m’intéresse et c’est aussi sur ça que cette formation est construite
