I was thinking of how much truth this quote holds.

As soon as we start comparing how much we have, do, or are to someone or something else, we immediately move into a place of competition, less than, and energetically- ego mindset.

It begins to get us out of flow with our inner direction and positive practice. Don't let life distract you from that beautiful light that is so vibrately radiating inside of your uniquely beautiful soul.

Come back to yourself. Come back to your heart, your truth.

Hi Community! I am back!

This summer was one of magical movement for me and my family! It was fast moving and although my standard practices went by the wayside, I took moments of intention to connect with the beautiful lands I had the privilege to visit. Moments like these are perfect opportunities to come back with fresh eyes and spice up our daily practices. I also find it to be a powerful ally in shifting behavioral patterning and habits!

As School is back in session and my Birthday (Virgo's I see you 😉) ♍ is around the corner, now is the perfect time to ground and do some coherence while bringing intentions of healing for ourselves and others during this Full Moon Eclipse in Pisces. 🤟🏼
