Today our participants focussed on Gathering Grace.
When life seems like too much, give yourself Grace to cope. It may look different to everyone but essentially you should forgive YOURSELF for anything you feel is not as it should be.
Sleep, rest, any form of self care is giving yourself Grace. This really hit home for everyone. Our SoulCollage®️ cards became an expression of their soul needs. A truly feel-good exercise. Contact us to join this workshop in May!

Why Five? All Pieces of my puzzle! All these simple things are about what brings me joy!

After planning for two years I’m finally embarking on a dream vacation! Instead of having my head in the clouds I’m staying grounded in gratitude.
