My mission is simple – To promote self-love and self-acceptance the kind that’s genuine and pure, the kind that shines every time I walk through a door the kind that reflects for everyone to see the kind that build’s her up as it strengthens me.

My chapter in the Anthology Healing the Little Woman Inside is the first-to-be-published of my literary creations. When I received the call to contribute to the project, the timing was all right, perfect in fact. It came just at the moment when I was pivoting between self-loathing and self-acceptance. I started writing and the words spilled out of me like a river that had broken its banks.

My chapter - Saved by Faith ... Faith of the little woman Inside – is a covenant between me and the little girl inside me; a promise to honor her by accepting and loving me!

Because I was willing to put in the work to start the process of healing and growing, standing authentically behind Mirror and its message was made possible! You see, Healing the Little woman Inside goes hand in hand with Mirror; love for self feeds love for others and vice versa

It has always been my intention to use these two particular pieces of my work together, to encourage women everywhere to connect with the little girl inside her and the little ones beside her, in a way that promotes self-worth
and reflects love.

Our new packages, as well as the reimagined logo, were created to make my message clearer and more concise; all of the pieces work together to embody the mission.

About the Author
Moashella (Michelle) Shortte is the proud mother of four beautiful children. As a mom and educator, she has been creating and sharing children's stories for many years. Growing up on the tiny Caribbean island of Bequia S.V.G. where books were at a premium, she treasured each that came her way, and when there was none, she made up stories with inspiration coming from her beautiful home and the colorful characters that were her fellow islanders. The only thing that can top her passion for books and storytelling is her love for children, so there is little wonder that she wants the first story she shares with the world to be a children’s book.
