What kind of friend are YOUR behaviors creating?
Because the quality of your relationships is shaped less by the thoughts you have about people and more by the values you choose to live when you’re with them.
When you spend time with your friends, you’re not just making memories, you are practicing your values.
Every conversation, every act of support, every boundary you respect, every promise you keep, every moment you choose to listen instead of judge is a behavior that reflects what matters to you.
Over time, those repeated behaviors shape the kind of friend you become and the kind of relationships you build.
So ask yourself:
• What values (such as honesty, curiosity, growth) do I want my friendships to reflect?
• What behaviors am I repeatedly bringing into my relationships?
• Do my friends’ behaviors support those same values?
• Are we helping each other become the people we want to be?
Friendship isn’t built by what we think about one another.
🍀It’s built by the behaviors we repeatedly choose.
