Between lectures and learning moments ✨

Our very own MJ taking a quick pause before the next session at the Canadian Society of Pelvic Medicine meeting in Ottawa, with Alana bringing the energy in the background. 👋

Every conference, conversation, and connection reminds us how important it is to keep growing together in pelvic health care. Grateful to be surrounded by passionate professionals who continue to learn, share, and uplift one another.

A very important reminder:

Becoming a pelvic floor physiotherapist rarely follows a straight path.

Some days you’ll feel confident in your assessments.
Some days you’ll leave class with even more questions than answers.
Some skills will click right away, while others take practice, mentorship, and time.

And that is completely normal.

Pelvic health is a field built on continual learning, clinical reasoning, communication, and experience. Every course, lab, patient interaction, and “beginner moment” is part of your growth 💪📚

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Your confidence will grow with experience 🙌
