Food can truly be magical. I've started adding sea moss to my diet, and I've noticed some changes—my thyroid feels more balanced, and my hair growth has improved.

Not gonna lie, sea moss isn’t exactly Insta-worthy on its own, but it’s a powerful superfood worth trying. I like to make it into a gel or use the water for easy integration. I haven’t cooked with it yet, but it’s on my list!
