There was a time when the hardest part of my day wasn’t the morning…

It was the moment the sun started to set.

My nervous system would shift into survival mode. My thoughts became louder. My mind and body felt unsafe, even when I knew I wasn’t.

Creating a calming evening ritual became one of the ways I gently reminded myself that I was safe.

Safe Night was born from that ritual.

It’s a blend of lavender, Roman chamomile, cedarwood, frankincense, and Madagascar vanilla—chosen to create a grounding, comforting experience before bed.

This isn’t about perfection.
It isn’t about “fixing” yourself.

It’s about giving your nervous system one small moment of care at the end of the day.

If Safe Night feels like something your evenings have been missing, send me a DM. I’d love to help you create a ritual that feels like coming home to yourself. 🌙

There are so many things I wish someone had told me when I developed postpartum OCD. These are the three that changed everything for me. 🤍

If one of these resonated with you, save this reel for the days you need the reminder and share it with someone who might need it too.

One of the biggest misconceptions about OCD is that it’s only about handwashing or needing everything to be perfectly organized.

In reality, OCD can look like repeatedly checking, replaying conversations, Googling the same question, or constantly seeking reassurance—all in an attempt to feel certain that everything is okay.

The relief is temporary.

Then the doubt returns.

And the cycle begins again.

If this sounds familiar, you are not “crazy,” and you are not alone. Recovery is possible. 🤍

Save this post for the days you need the reminder, and share it with someone who might need it too.

Every package I prepare reminds me why I started Di Marzio Experience. 🤍

There was a time when I felt completely alone in my postpartum journey. If someone had told me that one day I’d be creating products and a community dedicated to supporting other women through anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and nervous system regulation, I never would have believed them.

Every order is packed with intention, gratitude, and the hope that when it arrives, it feels like a small reminder that you’re not alone.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your healing journey. It truly means more than you know.

For a long time, I didn’t know how to explain what postpartum OCD felt like.

The best way I can describe it is this:

It wasn’t just anxiety.

It felt like psychological warfare.

If you’ve ever felt trapped in your own mind, I hope this reminds you that you are not alone. There is hope, and healing is possible. 🤍

OCD is rarely about the actual thought.

For some people, the content changes.

For others, it doesn’t.

It may be the same terrifying thought, image, or fear that returns again and again, triggered by different situations, sensations, memories, or “what ifs.”

But the cycle remains the same.

One day it’s triggered by a news story.
Another day by a physical sensation.
Another day by a random thought.

The fear feels urgent. The doubt feels real.

But OCD will often attach itself to what matters most to you.

If these thoughts terrify you, you are not alone.

Intrusive thoughts are unwanted, distressing thoughts that go against your values. They are not intentions. They are not predictions. And they do not define who you are.

Healing is possible. 🤍

Have you ever experienced intrusive thoughts? Share below if you feel comfortable.

Vous n’êtes pas vos pensées intrusives. Il y a de l’espoir.

Not every thought deserves a response.

The sea has a way of reminding us that calm doesn’t come from controlling every wave, but from letting them pass.

Peace often begins the moment we stop arguing with every thought.

06/19/2026

Waves don’t fight the shore.

They come.
They go.
And then they come back again.

Thoughts can be like that too.

Not every anxious thought needs an answer.
Not every fear needs to be solved.
Not every uncomfortable feeling means something is wrong.

Sometimes the goal isn’t to stop the wave.

It’s to let it pass without getting pulled under by it.

Not every night feels safe.
Some nights feel heavy, restless, loud, or overwhelming.

That’s why it’s important to create small rituals that help the mind and body soften a little before bed.

A comforting scent.
A cozy blanket.
A warm drink.
A familiar show playing quietly in the background.

Small moments that remind the nervous system:
you are safe here.

Healing doesn’t always begin with huge changes. Sometimes it begins by creating a space that feels gentle enough to exhale in.

For a long time, I thought struggling in silence meant I had to “handle it” on my own.

But healing often begins in smaller, gentler ways:
talking to someone you trust, finding the right support, resting, and remembering that fear does not define who you are.

Postpartum OCD is more common than many people realize — and it is treatable. 🤍

If you needed this reminder today:
you are not alone.
There is hope.
