As 2025 comes to a close, we’re gathering one last time this year.
On December 28th, we’ll host our final MENTRaL circle of 2025, a space to slow down, reflect, and be together before turning the page.
This isn’t a session about resolutions or self-improvement.
It’s about presence.
It’s about honesty.
It’s about acknowledging what this year actually asked of us, what burned, what endured, and what we’re no longer willing to keep feeding.
