Thank-you so much to everyone who came out to our educational class yesterday on sexual health at SOAHAC Chippewa! We had a great time learning and sharing stories, and enjoyed some delicious tacos together!

Don’t forget to sign up for any (or all) of our upcoming sessions, which will also feature education, great food, and awesome prizes!

Next week’s session is for anyone who is of reproductive age – ie anyone who could, or is trying to, get pregnant! Learn about menstrual cycles, tracking your cycles, factors that can effect fertility, nutrients that are important for pregnancy, lifestyle risks to try to lessen before becoming pregnant, and more! Reach out to Registered Midwife Sara Olson to sign up!
