Warm stones tucked between the toes

I use these in many of my sessions - it really does feel like a hug for the toes šŸ˜‚

Simple, relaxing and it feels so good

Sometimes it feels pretty good to have an hour where you don’t have to answer anyone, accomplish anything or be anywhere else.

A space to slow down, reset and take some time for themselves.

I’ll be taking some time away September 11 to 26. If you’re hoping to come in and don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to add yourself to the waitlist. Life happens and schedules shift so appointments do sometimes open up.

One of the things I love doing before a client arrives ā¤ļø

Before each session I randomly choose a heart stone and one of my handwritten heart cards and leave them waiting.

I don’t look at the message beforehand.

After your session you get to turn your card over, see the message that was chosen for you and take both your card and heart stone home

Some of you have told me you still have your heart messages tucked away somewhere, which always makes me smile ā¤ļø

Now I’m curious… where do you keep yours? What did yours say?

Show me your heart cards ā¤ļø

There’s a little story behind the name The Foot Alchemist✨

To me, alchemy has always been about transformation and what can happen when different elements come together.

Sometimes the shift is simple. You arrive carrying the day and leave feeling calmer, more relaxed, and just a little different than when you walked in.

That’s my kind of alchemy 😊

Foot and leg cramps have come up in conversation with clients a few times lately and it got me curious.

Everyone seems to have something they do when one hits. I’ve heard people mention stretching, walking around, magnesium, electrolytes, bananas and even pickle juice.

So now I’m curious…

Do you get foot or leg cramps?

And what do you reach for or do when one hits?

I’d love to hear what people have tried.

✨ What are clients saying about The Foot Alchemist?

It means a lot when someone takes the time to share their experience and a message like this lands in my inbox.

ā€œ I book an hour with Samantha each month is part of self-care. She shared so many gifts to support the bodies return to coherence. I leave each session feeling later and inspired.ā€

Thank you for your trust and for allowing me to be part of your self-care. Knowing someone leaves feeling lighter, more relaxed, and ready to return to their day is one of the most rewarding parts of what I došŸ™

Ever wondered why a reflexologist spends a little more time on certain areas of your hands or feet?

Reflexology is based on the theory that different reflex points correspond with different parts of the body.

As I move from one reflex point to another, each area can feel a little different. Some may feel more sensitive or simply need a little more attention, which helps guide how I personalize your session.

That’s one of the things I enjoy most about reflexology. No two people (or foot) are exactly alike, and no two sessions are exactly the same.

Have you ever tried hand reflexology, or only foot reflexology?

Your body knows how to relax. Sometimes we just forget what it feels like.

Your breathing begins to slow.
Your jaw and shoulders start to relax.
Your hands and feet may feel warmer.
Your stomach might even start making noises.

These are some of the little signs I notice as the body begins to settle.

Whatever your reason for booking, I hope you leave feeling a little more relaxed than when you arrived, Samantha

What brings people to The Foot Alchemist?

The reasons are different for everyone.

Sometimes it’s tired feet.
Sometimes it’s a busy mind.
Sometimes it’s finally making time for yourself.

And sometimes it’s just because.

Whatever your reason, I hope you leave feeling a little more relaxed than when you arrived.

I look forward to seeing you
Samantha
