I always enjoy myself at the Cedar Witches Market. This Saturday I’ll be there offering mini Foot & Hand Alchemy sessions.

Foot & Hand Alchemy is a reflexology inspired session for the feet and hands with a card pull woven in for anyone who feels called to receive one.

For this market, I’m bringing two oracle decks:

I love celebrating birthdays.

The day, the week, the month… whatever feels good.

Today I had the joy of celebrating a friend over lunch, and then later held space for a client who booked a session on her actual birthday.

It felt like such a beautiful way to honour another year around the sun. ☀️

Relaxation for the body, mind, and soul.

Relaxation is more than a nice feeling.

It is a way of helping the body feel safe enough to rest, reset, and come back into balance.

Reflexology, reiki, sound, and energy healing are all part of how I support the body, mind, and soul.

The tools may change, but the intention stays the same…to meet you where you are at, and create a space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect and take time for yourself.

Have you experienced a sound bath while floating on water?

We are gathering for two Floating Sound Healing Experiences this summer on June 28 and July 25.

This is a collaborative sound experience with Danielle Gaucher, , Janice Willey Langford, The Foot Alchemist, queen_b-wellness

You are welcome to float on the water or rest poolside.

The sound bath will begin at 6:00 PM. The space will be open just after 5:00 PM so you have time to arrive, blow up your air mattress, settle in, and get comfortable.

If you are floating, please bring:
💧 Air mattress or float
💧 Blanket
💧 Pillow

If you are resting poolside, please bring:
📿 Yoga mat, cushion, or lounger
📿 Blanket
📿 Pillow
