🩻 What to expect from an osteopathic treatment?
Osteopathy works from the premise that when all parts of the body are aligned as they are designed to be, health can be expressed through the free flow of blood to and from the tissues. When there is restriction in the structure of our body from postural affects or trauma, we get stagnation, inflammation, pain and dysfunction.

Osteopathy is an excellent tool for both overcoming dysfunction and preventing it. We gently work to realign the structure so your body's self healing abilities can do their thing 🌱
