We are pleased to welcome Dr. Khalidha Nasiri to Church Street Medical Group at Bowmanville Health Centre.

Born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario, Dr. Nasiri completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Psychology at York University before earning a Master of Science in Epidemiology from McGill University, where she also completed an internship with the World Health Organization. She subsequently obtained her medical degree from Western University and completed her Family Medicine residency training at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Nasiri provides comprehensive family medicine care for patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, mental health and adult ADHD, women's health, and improving access to care for underserved communities. In recognition of her leadership and commitment to patient care, she received a Canadian Medical Hall of Fame Award.

Committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centred care, Dr. Nasiri takes a holistic approach to supporting her patients' health and well-being. She is excited to serve individuals and families throughout Durham Region and looks forward to building lasting relationships within the community.

Individuals and families who do not currently have a family physician are invited to call 905.623.0323 now to book a meet-and-greet appointment. Appointments are available beginning July 6, 2026.

What an amazing day yesterday at the Forever Young Lifestyle Show! 💙

We had such a great time connecting with so many wonderful people, families, businesses, and community partners throughout the day. It was truly a pleasure meeting everyone, hearing your stories, and sharing more about what we do at Compassionate Care – Private PSW Services.

A huge thank you to Durham Trade Shows and Oshawa Senior Community Centres OSCC 55+ for hosting such a fantastic event and bringing the community together. The atmosphere was incredible and we are so grateful to have been part of it. Harmony Event Centre was a beautiful location!

We left feeling inspired, motivated, and so excited for what’s ahead. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, spun the wheel, grabbed a brochure, or simply came over to chat with us. We appreciate all of the support more than you know! ✨
