We’re excited to welcome Brandon to the team at Ascend Integrative Health 🙌🏽

Brandon is an award-winning RMT (2026 Almaguin & Parry Sound Platinum Winner) dedicated to safe, evidence-based, and client-centered care. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, he creates customized strategies for injury recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term maintenance.

Clinical Specialties:

•Targeted Therapy: Deep tissue, fascial release, and TMJ dysfunction.
•Specialized Care: Sports injury rehabilitation, prenatal/postnatal care, and manual lymphatic drainage.
•Restorative Care: Hot stone massage and parasympathetic relaxation therapy.

Brandon has extensive experience treating high-performance athletes, tradespeople, and clients managing complex neurological conditions, acute injuries, or mobility challenges. Outside the clinic, he enjoys fitness, hiking, chess, music, and spending time with family.

Here’s the process for parents:

1️⃣ Report the injury to your coach, trainer, team manager or parent.

2️⃣ Complete a Hockey Canada Injury Report Form (Specific to your Organization) with your team official and/or parent (Page 1 of the report)

3️⃣ Have a Physician sign off on the Hockey Canada Injury Report Form (Page 2 of the report)

4️⃣ Book your Athletic Therapy appointment with Andrew

Be sure to bring all appropriate paperwork with you at the time of your appointment.

I'm incredibly proud to announce that Sarah Richardson Manual Osteopathy is evolving into Ascend Integrative Health.

This is so much more than a name change—it's the realization of a vision that's been growing for a long time.

Ascend Integrative Health is a multidisciplinary clinic created to welcome people from all walks of life. Our mission is simple: to help you improve your quality of life so you can live it the way you choose. Whether your goal is to move without pain, return to the activities you love, improve your performance, or simply age well, we're here to provide the guidance, support, and expertise to help you get there.

In collaboration with Aligned Athletics, we're bringing together healthcare and fitness to create one of the most comprehensive approaches to health, longevity, and performance. By combining our expertise, we'll build individualized treatment plans and clear roadmaps designed to help you achieve your goals—whatever they may be.

Welcome everyone! The wait is over!

The space is finally complete and ready to welcome patients back.

I'm super excited to share this new space with dedicated long term patients and new ones to come.

Reminder my new location is at 176 Lakeshore Drive, Suite 13. See you soon :)
