It’s crazy…

Even though I was managing symptoms 24/7 when I was unwell, these were the two things that occupied a lot of my mind and energy…

Do the thing…

The thing you’re afraid of, the thing that opens you up to judgement, the thing that scares you, the thing that’s too expensive, the thing that takes you out of your comfort zone.

Do it and you’ll change your life.

A new offering at EVOLVE that involves energy healing. I move through points of the body and you share real-time feedback of changes in your body as they happen in the moment. This helps guide the direction of the healing. I also work in the energy field around the body at times.

Here are the results & feedback I received from my clients just last week.

It’s funny, I came from a space of thinking energy healing was “woo woo” and my mom practically dragged me to a “Reiki lady” when I was ill. Desperation had me trying any thing.

Although this isn’t anything like Reiki, I definitely believe in the power of energy healing and witness its magic daily.

Sometimes sessions involve Spinal Flow, somethings this, sometimes frequency, or a combo. Whatever the person in front of me needs and resonates with, this is what we do.

Excited to see what more beautiful healing unfolds…

(Ps. The second slide is from a client who came for energy healing and also frequency treatments; the last was spinal flow with some energy healing. The rest are all energy healing only sessions.)

The importance of retraining is to release the limitations if the mind, so you can regain your true self.

Let’s elevate together and support one another.

This is an open forum and safe space. The work is fundamental for healing, but we can make it fun too!

*Please note any questions can be communicated privately if you wish. Just remember your questions benefit and help others too.

First Workshop Date & Time: Friday, October 16th 1:30pm – 3:00pm
