Join our small group brain retraining workshops. These online workshops won’t be super structured – we’ll go with the flow.

Ask questions, get guidance in areas where you feel blocked or stuck in life, learn how to retrain, review your retraining steps, practice together, keep yourself on track and motivated to do the work, share wins, and more.

Let’s elevate together and support one another.

This is an open forum and safe space. The work is fundamental for healing, but we can make it fun too!

As a practitioner and someone know once struggled with chronic illness, I want more than anything for my clients to heal.

I also wholeheartedly believe this is possible and regularly see these miracles unfold.

I also know the journey isn’t always easy.

It likely wasn’t a single, simple thing that led to various symptoms or an illness.

This doesn’t mean it needs to take forever, but it does mean it can come with ups and downs as we unravel and release the old in order to heal and stand in our power.

If you’re feeling this way, please remind yourself of all the progress you have made, celebrate the wins that have occurred, stay committed and keep going.

Your body will have no choice but to heal and you will be very grateful you kept going.

And, as you do, I’ll be right there celebrating along with you.

Children’s nervous systems need support, and because their brains aren’t fully developed it means change can happen quickly.

If you’ve been wanting to support your child, carving out some time this summer is a great way to create positive shifts in their life. And, they don’t need to be alone in the process.

These sessions are great for supporting:
-anxiety and mental health related issues
-overall health & wellbeing
-sensitive children
-growth - proper alignment & growing pains
-enhanced sports performance and injury prevention
-aches, pains, and injuries
-digestive issues
-stress relief
-emotional regulation & processing & more…

The sessions will be made available in July & August for children between the ages of 6-12.

*Your child will need to be comfortable and okay with laying on a massage table to receive treatment. A consent form will need to be completed prior to the session if your child is new to EVOLVE.

I am really excited about these sessions. The shifts in children are incredible and what an opportunity to teach them the importance of self care & receiving support from a young age. It can truly change the trajectory of their life!

When most come to EVOLVE, they don’t necessarily believe in their body’s ability to heal and yet as they continue to show up for themselves, that is exactly what unfolds.

Sometimes it feels like a miracle, but the truth is we all have this innate intelligence and capacity to heal from within.
