Still glowing from all the birthday love 💛

Soaking it all in at Le Nordik Spa in Chelsea, QC 🍾🛁 In French we toast “santé”, to health. For me, that means holistic well-being: mind, body, and spirit.

I’ve had my hand on my heart a lot lately.
Not just for myself, but for so many of you.
Friends. Strangers. People I’ve never met but can feel so deeply.

There’s a lot moving through the collective right now.
And I’ve been feeling it all.
Seeing it in the stories people share, in the quiet moments between the words, in the spaces where pain and healing meet.

Lately I’ve been doing a little practice.
Calling in my higher self.
And sending love.
To those I care about.
To people I barely know.
Even to someone I’ve been feeling tender distance from.

Not to fix anything.
Not to force resolution.
Just to let their soul feel held.
Because I know they’re going through it too.

Sometimes we don’t have the perfect words or energy to give.
Sometimes all we can do is hold ourselves with compassion, and send out what love we can from that place.
Even telepathically.

If you’re moving through something right now, I hope you feel it.
I hope you know you’re not alone.

Just because you can’t see something in physical reality doesn’t mean it’s not real.
There’s a whole world that exists beyond the 3D.

I tap into the unseen realms through my clair senses, but I’m not special. We all have intuitive gifts. Most of us just weren’t taught how to trust them. Western culture doesn’t really nurture that aspect of us. But it’s there.

I’ve been cultivating energy reading since I was a lil kid. A lot of my teachings have come through dream work and spiritual mentors.
I’m still studying. Always learning. Always practicing.

You can start now. No experience required. Just a willingness to learn.

I was originally going to caption this post
“Dirty mirror, clean conscience.”
But I realized I had so much more to say.

In this moment, I was feeling myself—having fun, a little saucy. But it’s not always like that.
Because 𝘐’𝘮 not always like that.

On the days I feel low, I’ve started this practice: standing in front of the mirror and just… holding space for myself.
Some days, I can’t even meet my own eyes.
Other days, I whisper 𝘐 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶, even if I don’t believe it yet.

Then I came across Louise Hay’s work—how she talks about saying 𝘐 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 to your reflection, no matter what state you’re in.
Tired. Raw. Messy. Glowing. Grieving.

It’s not always easy. But it’s powerful.

So here’s to showing up.
To saying 𝘐 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 even when it catches in your throat.
To finding peace in your reflection—even when the glass is dirty.

Dreams as the Gateway 🌀

Since I was a child, dreams have been one of my greatest teachers. I’d wake up feeling like I’d lived entire lives in a single night, journeying through parallel timelines, past lives, and other dimensions before I even had language for it.

My dad nurtured this curiosity, bringing home research papers and encouraging me to explore lucid dreaming. I started dream journaling, and what began as wonder turned into a lifelong practice.

Yesterday, I had a beautiful interview where I got to share about this soul path of mine and the timing feels divine, because my new book has a whole section dedicated to dreamwork.

On the real, the last few weeks have been a roller coaster. Big highs, deep lows, and more than a few tears 🎢😭 But here I am, smiling, breathing, and thanking the universe for all the indicators telling me to PAY ATTENTION. To take ownership of my energy and my life.

Your energy is like a trend report. It reflects the momentum of your thoughts, your focus, your habits. And when it’s low, that’s not a failure. It’s just feedback. Like your gas light coming on. Not a problem unless you ignore it.

One thing that helps me is coming back to gratitude. I’ve got a practice I do in the morning and at night, and it even works wonders in moments where I catch myself being negative or complaining. I’m human. It happens. It’s easy to get caught in that loop. But when I pause, even briefly, and intentionally choose to give my attention to things I appreciate, a flower, a smile, a dog, a sunbeam, it helps shift the whole current.

We’ve got way more power to transform our energy than we think. Just wanted to say that in case you needed the reminder too 🧲

It’s wild how quickly your perspective can shift when your health is impacted.

Things I once saw as big challenges suddenly feel small and insignificant in comparison.

I woke up at 5am in intense, debilitating pain 😫 The moaning sounded like 🍑🍆 but trust me, way less enjoyable.

The last time I felt this kind of pain, I had to be taken to the hospital. That was back in 2016. This time, I chose to breathe through it and called on my spirit squad for help.

I’ve come to learn that my physical health is 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺 connected to my emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Often, these moments of pain have been sacred invitations—forced time-outs to slow down and really listen.

It’s not always easy to see when I’m in the thick of it… but looking back, these moments have been powerful, albeit uncomfortable, blessings.

So for now, I’m in a blanket cocoon. Moving gently. Listening closely. Letting my body lead the way.

Healing isn’t always loud. It often begins in the 𝘱𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦🦋
