Years ago, I chose this tattoo to carry an old Arabic phrase that has lived in my family for generations — a mother’s promise, a prayer, a reminder of gratitude.

Today, it means even more.
It holds the blessings God gave me… my sons, Jack and Daniel. Their presence, their love, their health, their being.

I look at this ink and I’m reminded of every moment God carried us, guided us, protected us. And I’m reminded of the men my boys have become — strong in morals, compassionate in heart, and kind in spirit.

This tattoo was once a symbol.
Now it’s a story.
A journey.
A blessing.
A mother’s gratitude.

Christmas with our Matriarch
We gather for our Christmas celebration, honouring the woman who is the root of our family tree—our mother, our matriarch.
Mother of 5, grandmother of 19, and great‑grandmother of 21.
We, her five children, are the ones who seeded the fourth generation for her—carrying her love forward and expanding the branches of the family she built.
We cherish her, we honour her, and we hold these Christmas moments close.

In the stillness of this season, we return to the heart of it all—the birth of Christ, the embodiment of unconditional love and divine forgiveness. Christmas is not found in the glitter of gifts or the sparkle of decorations. It lives in the quiet moments of grace, in the warmth of connection, and in the light we carry within.

We were created in love and light. That is our Coral root—our true essence. And this season invites us to remember:

Celebrating a beautiful 98 years today — almost a full century of courage, change, laughter, lessons and love.

My friend’s mother is not only a living reminder of resilience and grace — she is also my oldest client at SoundzDivine. Sharing space with her has been an honour. Her presence carries a depth of wisdom that only time can shape, and every session with her feels like a blessing.

Honouring her is honouring every senior who has paved the way for us — with their stories, their sacrifices, and their quiet, steady light.
