I love this - and if I’m honest with myself it also brings up some emotion because I remember when my voice was a source of comfort for my uncle who passed away in October

His daughters shared with me - he would ask them to put on one of my meditations when he couldn’t sleep or was in pain and they would ask which meditation- and his response was “I doesn’t matter I just want to hear Tricia’s voice”

For a child who was told I talk too much in class when I was younger - I am so blessed that I get to use my voice to help others

Some of my clients biggest breakthroughs happen in a chakra reading.

And for others is messages from your body for exactly what your body needs and where to move toward.

It’s a beautiful supportive moment to be part of.

There are other options but this is a beautiful way to say I love you to self or another special person in your life.

My first experience with having a chakra reading I will never forget and I know it’s the same for my clients.
