Strong boundaries are life saving.
If you have not learned how to set them, get on with the learning. It makes the difference between a victim and a free citizen. Do not fall prey to whoever wants to develop a friendship with you. Do not assume goodness in everyone. This assumption is a door for evildoers into your life. Kindness must always be paired up with what I call an Impregnable vault of a boundary. Avoid kindness if you do not know what boundaries are.

I know now what I should have known already.
Delasalle Highschool teaching me that Canadian women often think newcomers are sexually harassing them but it is a language problem. Teaching me for three years that I have to open up to newcomers and not think that they are sexually harassing me because Canadian women wrongfully think that. I applied their teaching when I encountered newcomer men; well, they are sexual harassers.
