As part of an upgrade happening in early February, Pur & Simple Barrhaven will be refreshing all of their cutlery, plates, and glassware. Instead of sending these items to the landfill, they reached out to theBarrhaven BIA to find a local organization that could give them a second life.

We were thrilled to help make the connection with theBarrhaven Seniors Council, which represents more than 700 local members and is currently designing a new home facility at the future Civic Centre in Downtown Barrhaven, complete with a community kitchen.

The Seniors Council was delighted to accept this generous donation. A great example of local businesses supporting local community needs 💙

Pharmacy owner Preet Sidhu has been invited onto the set of "Ottawa In The Know" as a guest on Rogers television.

We are excited to talk with host Findlay about the the flu and reminding families as we get back into routines ,to school and to the office to consider getting flu shots.
