You do NOT need more willpower.
You probably already know what to do.
You can ask AI.
Google the meal plan.
Download the checklist.
Save the motivational reel.
The problem usually isn’t lack of information.
It’s this:
✨ Does it actually feel SAFE in your body to follow through?
Because when something feels overwhelming, unsafe, unrealistic, or emotionally loaded… your nervous system will fight to protect you.
And no amount of “just do it” fixes that.
This is exactly why support matters.
It’s why working with a Registered Dietitian is about SO much more than food.
And honestly? It’s also why I work with an intuitive coach myself — consistently. Sometimes almost daily.
Because I know this firsthand.
If it doesn’t feel safe to my nervous system…
I can’t force myself to:
→ write the blog post
→ send the email
→ show up on video
→ follow through consistently
Not because I’m lazy.
Not because I’m broken.
Because humans need support, regulation, and safety before sustainable action happens.
So if you keep thinking:
“I KNOW what I should do… I just can’t seem to trust myself to actually do it…”
There is nothing wrong with you.
Self-trust is something we build.
Gently.
Repeatedly.
In tiny moments over time.
That’s exactly why I created my 30-Day Self-Trust Challenge 💛
Small daily shifts.
Real-life doable steps.
A nervous-system-safe approach to rebuilding trust with yourself.
Head to my YouTube channel and start with Day 1.
You don’t need to become a different person.
You need support that helps you feel safe enough to become more fully yourself.

Someone sent me a 50km walking challenge for April and my first reaction was basically… “haha, yeah okay.”

In February, I did a 50km cross-country ski challenge. I thought it would be easy.

It wasn’t.

It took way more mindset work than I expected to get myself out there, over and over again, to hit that 50km.

So when this new challenge landed in my inbox, I brushed it off pretty quickly.

But then—out of curiosity—I checked my fitness watch data.

Not the intense workouts.
Not the “intentional” exercise.

Just… my everyday movement.

And in March?

I had moved over 115km.

I actually sat there like… wait, what?

Without trying to hit a goal.
Without pushing.
Without even realizing it.

And it hit me—

This is exactly what happens with so many of my clients.

They’re:
• drinking more water
• getting a bit more sleep
• adding fiber
• being more consistent with meals
• moving their bodies in small, sustainable ways

But because it doesn’t feel dramatic…
Because there’s no big “before and after”…
Because it’s not loud or extreme…

It feels like nothing is changing.

But underneath?

Everything is shifting.

It’s like those body composition scans all over social media—
there’s a whole layer of progress happening that you just can’t see day to day.

Sometimes the most important changes are the quiet ones:
→ repairing your relationship with food
→ learning to listen to your body
→ building consistency instead of extremes
→ creating habits that actually fit your life

And you don’t always notice them… until you zoom out.

So here’s your reminder:

You’ve likely come a lot further than you think you have.

The question isn’t “why am I not there yet?”

It’s:
What have I already built… and how can I build from here?

A few months ago, my daughter asked me to teach her how to make sushi rolls.

I said yes right away.
Of course I’ll teach you. That sounds so fun.

And then… I didn’t.

Not because I didn’t want to.
But because it felt like a thing.

I’d have to figure out where to get the seaweed.
Find the right sushi rice.
Look up how to actually roll it properly.
Make sure it turned out okay.

It quietly became one of those “I’ll do it soon” promises.

And “soon” turned into months.

On Valentine’s Day, instead of doing something big or fancy, we finally did it.

I went to the store.
Bought the seaweed.
Bought the rice.
Watched a 10-minute video.
And we rolled sushi together at the kitchen counter.

That’s it.

And here’s what struck me:

It wasn’t hard.
It wasn’t complicated.
It didn’t require perfection.

It just required starting.

So many of the things we avoid — whether it’s cooking sushi, having a conversation, setting a boundary, starting a habit — grow in our minds. They feel heavier. Bigger. More overwhelming.

But once we take the first step?

Now I know where to get the seaweed.
Now I know which rice works.
Now I know we can do this anytime.

And I’m pretty sure sushi rolls are going to be part of our future in a way they never would have been if I kept waiting for the “right” time.

This is self-trust.

Not in the dramatic, life-altering way.
But in the small, quiet way.

Keeping the promise.
Taking the step.
Showing up.

Inside my 30-Day Self-Trust Challenge, this is exactly what we practice — noticing the thing that feels bigger than it is… and gently doing it anyway.

Because self-trust isn’t built through massive leaps.

It’s built through seaweed and rice. 💛

If you’re ready to stop letting the small things turn into heavy things, come join us https://www.youtube.com/

Already on Day 11! It's not too late to join.
I’m doing a 30-day self-trust challenge — and it’s NOT about discipline, willpower, or fixing yourself..
Because let’s be honest: You don’t need another plan. You don’t need more motivation. And you definitely don’t need to try harder
What you do need?
👉 To rebuild trust with your body
👉 To stop overriding your needs
👉 To practice self-care that actually fits real life
So for the next 30 days, I’m going live on YouTube with short, practical self-care prompts you can do in under 5 minutes a day.
No perfection. No tracking. No “start over Monday” energy.
Just:
✨ listening to your body
✨ honouring your capacity
✨ letting self-care be supportive instead of another thing you fail at
If you’re tired of:
• pushing through exhaustion
• ignoring hunger, stress, or pain
• feeling like self-care is another box you can’t check
