Staying young isn’t luck… it’s a lifestyle.
Here’s what I don’t compromise on:
✨ Strength training at least 3x/week
✨ Muay Thai for cardio (and mental toughness)
✨ Eating foods that actually fuel me
✨ Taking extreme accountability for my life
✨ Removing expectations from others (no one is coming to rescue you)
✨ Doing things that make me feel alive… like riding for the thrill of it
Because staying young isn’t just about how you look—
it’s how you move, think, and show up every day.
And here’s the part most people don’t know…
For the last 3 years, I’ve been using something that supports my body at a deeper level.
I truly believe it’s helped slow down the aging process, get deeper sleep, reduce stress, regulate my nervous system, and give me a whole new level of energy.
