Join Jenna on Fridays from 9:30-10:30am for a great workout, sunny fast walks and good times with other moms!

Still an early riser on holidays, join us at 6:00am for ABC in Ailsa Craig, 7:00am Pilates in Parkhill. Want to sleep in for a bit, come join Jaime for Chair Yoga at 10:15am in Ailsa Craig and lastly, want to kick up your heels with Kelly, our new session of Beginner Line Dancing starts at 6:00pm in Ailsa Craig and because you asked, we’re making Improvers Line Dancing a full hour of FUN from 7:00-8:00pm in Ailsa Craig 🤠

Not interested in classes and just want to get a workout in, the Hub in Ailsa Craig is OPEN from 4:00am till 11:00pm to come in and get your workout in from all those delicious meals from over the weekend!

Kelly’s bringing a daytime Beginner friendly Line Dancing class to Parkhill on Tuesday mornings from 10-11am 🤠

If you’re a member, it’s included in your membership or you can join us for a 6 week session and have FUN while learning new line dances!
