Thank you Southern Stl'atl'imx Health Society for creating the space to connect community members with health care professionals. One of the Community member was happy to save over $100 each month and focus on improved health outcome.

Nquatqua, take a moment to recognize the progress Chief has made over the past few months.

Not long ago, pressing a 25 lb plate on each side was not possible. Today, he is lifting that weight with confidence and strength.

This is what consistent effort looks like. Progress does not happen overnight, and a few slower weeks does not erase months of hard work. The results we are seeing today are the product of showing up, staying committed, and trusting the process.

Congratulations, Chief. Your dedication is paying off, and your journey is a great reminder to all of us that small, consistent actions lead to meaningful results. Keep building. 💪

I am grateful for the opportunity to learn, reflect and strengthen the skills that helps us better support our communities, our colleagues and ourselves.
