Flow Classes: A yang style of movement on the mat, a mixture of classic yoga poses and modern mobility movements, with creative transitions and balance challenges. A mixture of effort and ease to release excess energy and find peace in stillness.
Yin Yoga Classes: Long-held grounded postures to benefit deep connective tissues like fascia and joints. Guided meditative focus, generally calming. Good for winding down before bed.
Fitness-Forward: A combination of breath awareness and physical challenge, with bodyweight or small dumbbells to strengthen muscles and add endurance to your practice. Especially good for folks with yoga experience but limited gym or fitness experience.
Moving Meditations: Bite-sized sequences intended as a repeated practice or as a jumping-off point for you to add to.
Guided Breathing: coming soon - focused breath control instruction to benefit sleep, digestion, focus, detoxification, and more.
