Barrel racing office for the next little while!

These appointments typically don’t have a hard and fast time, it’s more like “come after your kid is done in the Youth,” or “my friend is running right away and I’m going to watch, give me 15 mins.” So don’t stress about it, just get on the list and then we figure it out later!

Short go Wednesday is typically reserved for touch ups for people running in the short go who have seen me previously that week.

I also have room in Perdue August 18 and 25 before harvest starts!

“How soon after injury should I start Rapid?”

ASAP! Don’t wait. Putting my money where my mouth is - I got kicked by a horse ten minutes ago. Working on it myself while I wait for the farrier. Yes it hurts. Yes I’m doing it anyway because I know it will speed up my recovery!

The new research is showing us to stop icing things! Old habits die hard I know, but put the ice packs back in your lunch box and stop using them on your body.

So many barrel racers spend March and April getting their horses ready for the summer competition season…. But forget about themselves.

Stop donating your entry fees because you can’t turn your neck, back pain keeps you from doing a leg lift, or limited shoulder mobility makes you crash barrels.
