One thing I have learned through all my years of living and experiences as that worrying is useless. It simply takes up time and boggles the mind.
Give up your worries and burden to a higher power so you can get on with the daily tasks of living. You miss so much with worrying and the universe will unfold as it should regardless. You can only control your day-to-day, not the past and not the future.
So enjoy every day. Take the time to smell the roses take the time to be grateful. Take the time to see what is right in front of you and roll with that.
