In early postpartum, rest is recovery.

Your body is healing trauma, wounds, hormones, and exhaustion — not training for a comeback. Pushing through pain doesn’t make you heal faster. It makes healing harder.

Rest isn’t lazy.
Rest isn’t optional.
Rest is medical.

You’re not falling behind.
You’re recovering.
