ADHD...is really just a lack of attention and ability to calm the mind as the label states right?

So, if we practice releasing the body and breathing softly, then bam, there's the cultivation of attention in action, and calm abiding being developed.

Through listening and release, we bring order where there was disorder...

Most people just don't realize attention can be trained, grown like a seedling given water and warmth by the light of our awareness...

Don't let labels dictate your potential, we are capable of profound transformation when we apply ourselves and cultivate the right conditions...

In Dissolve Therapy and Dissolve Yoga, we create a strong foundation by learning to investigate deep, internal release in a way that eventually separates the flesh from the bone.

This creates a resilience within the mind and body that allows us to release under the pressure life throws at us...

Most people think the mind is what needs to relax first — but often it’s often the somatic memory held within the fascia and nervous system that’s holds us back from being able to settle into a practice that transforms the heart and mind.

Slow, attentive, patient work… the kind that meets tension where it lives instead of trying to stretch past it is what allows this type of release to occur.

Fascia responds better to pure awareness, softness and warmth, rathen than intention, control and manipulation.

When we learn to open through the body this way, something shifts:

• the nervous system stops bracing for impact
• old protective patterns start to unwind
• resilience grows, not by hardening, but by softening under pressure

This is what allows calm to show up even in intensity.

This is what makes seated practices and meditation more accessible, not as an escape, but as a state of being that we can rest into when the body no longer has to defend itself, the heart is calm, the mind stable and at ease.

Training fascia isn’t just physical.
It’s dissolving away emotional memory, trauma response, old habits and old stories wrapped up in our sense of self.

When we open the body with presence, we don’t just become more flexible — we become more *free.*

If your somatically oriented, breath-based, or "shadow work" focused 'release method' leaves you buzzing inside afterward and continually spirals out of control through emotional releases that just never seem to end…

That’s not healing, that’s overstimulation.

You might feel alive, vindicated or emotionally "seen", but there's a good chance you're solidifying a feedback loop of emotional chaos, instead of creating a systemic harmony that allows integration and equanimity.

A lot of modern practices push the system past what it can hold.

Fast/heavy breathing and emotional roller coaster rides.

Shaking, "kundalini energy" and massive energetic catharsis to "open the chakras", often followed by a big crash or being stuck in that cycle of chaotic emotional bleed out.

Maybe it's a psychadelic experience that didn't give you the results you wanted, or maybe it's how you responded to even the most scientifically backed, neurobiology-oriented somatic release techniques.

Dissolve Therapy works differently and even in the ways it seems similar to other methods, we differ in the way we approach the mind and body.

No hype.
No forcing.
No nervous system hangover.

Deep listening, time-tested ways of allowing yourself to rest back into harmony and stress testing yourself when you're ready...

We learn to listen inwards warmly and harmoniously, allowing a stable, tangible quality of release that your body can absorb into and enjoy as it unfolds.

We do this in a way that not only "hacks" the system back into balance, but in a way that allows you to develop profound insight into your own nature. In a way that integrates into daily life.

The system self-organizes in a way that is pleasurable and tolerable. When emotions or turbulence arise, it begins to feel held and accepted; it can integrate.

Instead of coping and managing, we transform.

This allows for a deep sense of having "closed the loop".

We don't push away or force through the emotional blockages, "victim story" or traumatic memory...

When we learn to become deeply attentive and focus on creating the right conditions.

We do this so that whatever doesn't serve us ends up losing its grip and dissolving.
