I woke up early this morning , Early revelations again. As we are getting downloads and clarity in our lives, I was remembering people
Unsung heroes in history are the individuals whose vital contributions, extraordinary bravery, or groundbreaking discoveries were overshadowed by others, forgotten by time, or deliberately marginalized. Many ordinary people have quietly shaped the world, from pioneering scientists to pivotal wartime figures and civil rights trailblazers.Science and InnovationRosalind Franklin: A British chemist whose critical X-ray diffraction images of DNA were instrumental in discovering its double-helix structure. Her contributions were largely uncredited by her male colleagues who received the Nobel Prize.Mary Anning: A 19th-century English fossil collector and paleontologist The Marginalian. She made groundbreaking discoveries—including the first correctly identified ichthyosaur skeleton—that fundamentally shifted scientific understanding of prehistoric life and extinction, despite being excluded from the scientific establishment due to her gender and class.Robert Cailliau: A Belgian informatics engineer who played a crucial role alongside Tim Berners-Lee in the development of the World Wide Web JumpStreet.Civil Rights and ResistanceIrena Sendler: A Polish social worker and nurse who became one of the greatest unsung heroes of the Holocaust Facebook. As part of the Polish underground, she masterminded the rescue of over 2,500 Jewish children from the Warsaw Ghetto by forging documents and smuggling them to safety.Claudette Colvin: A civil rights pioneer in Montgomery, Alabama. Months before Rosa Parks' famous arrest, a 15-year-old Colvin was the first to refuse to give up her seat on a segregated bus For me it was people like Krishna, Buddha, Jesus, Sai Baba, Mother Theresa, Ghandi, or just everyday people you randomly meet that made a difference in your life. I went to a charity event and was so inspired by these beautiful women doing so much globally to spread awareness. I wanted to do something as well. I encourage others as well, it is up to us to change our own narrative and create and imagine a better world for our next generation. As a Generation X born in the 60s, it is our time to quietly do this behind the scenes. Make those positive changes that will change the lives of others , they say the meek will inherit the earth. The heart rather than ego the definition of Meek is controlled , humble and calm. The most beautiful thing is watching a beautiful sunset as it fades or listening to birds chirping every morning , or the laughter of the little ones having fun and enjoying themselves in their imaginary world. In a world ,where we get bombarded by external chaos or internal influenced by overthinking and stress ..Changing your mindset to a positive one involves actively retraining your brain to default to optimism. You can achieve this through daily gratitude practices, replacing negative self-talk with balanced thoughts, and focusing on small, actionable steps rather than overarching challenges.
