Give yourself the gift of slowing down, finding inner peace, and gently opening your heart. Through the warmth of cacao and the soothing sounds, allow yourself to release, reconnect, and simply be.
Please bring:
• Your yoga mat
• A cozy blanket
• A pillow
• Your favourite mug ☕
• Anything else that will help you feel comfortable and at ease.

Let yourself slow down and notice the beauty around you...the crispness in the air, the changing leaves, the gentle glow of the moon. 🍂🌾
The Harvest Moon reminds us to pause and reflect on all that we have grown, all that we have received, and all that we can gently let go of.
