Site Supervisor for our New Home Construction Company. This position will be a supervisory role and will monitor and coordinate the activities of subcontractor staff.

Responsibilities
-The Site Supervisor will also assist in coordinating, scheduling and ordering material, labor. As well as be able to be on the tools to help with checkouts etc.
-2 + years experience, drafting, blueprint reading experience and good computer skills
-Good knowledge of National Building codes and Local Bylaws
-Ability to deal with homeowners, salespeople, sub-trades and office staff.
-Work in a high pace environment and must meet deadlines.

Summary

The Systems Developer serves as a technical expert to deliver a variety of analytical and technical solutions for the organization.
