Sitting here freaking TICKLED with how well my 2B Mindset babes are doing already! 😊

To hear that some ladies are already down 4lbs since Monday, and that a few of my veterans are down 15, 18, & 20lbs since they started!!!
..Ugh my heart could explode! ❀😍

My motivation was low after Thanksgiving, but I definitely can say that these ladies are boosting it back up!☝️

Can't wait to see where everyone is at in their journey by the end of 2018!

I feel SO healthy & happy!

Finding that balance between enjoying life & still being the healthiest version of yourself is NOT fu***ng easy.
And with Thanksgiving being this weekend I'm SO thankful that I've found a nutrition program that has MADE it EASY!
It has allowed me to feel fresh & healthy while still allowing me to crush some mashed potatoes & gravy! πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‹

For a super long time I was in a phase where I hated my legs - the color of them, the size of my thighs vs. my twig-sized ankles, I've got a lumpy spot on my one quad & my knees bend in a bit.. But during my workout today it really hit me that I've been focusing on ALL the WRONG s**t..
These legs of mine are SO strong... If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be the dancer I am today & I wouldn't be as healthy as I am today... My legs carry me around every day, they allow me so much freedom & independence, they work perfectly and I've been so disrespectful & ungrateful. So I'm gonna love the s**t out of them & treat them well! πŸ’–

Maybe our bodies aren't the problem, maybe it's our minds? So don't let your mind bully your body. 😊

I'm finally settling into my FALL grind and I'm digging it! It feels super good!
Now I'm slowly figuring out how to incorporate some self-focus into this routine because GUYS! THAT'S SO IMPORTANT.
