Just a little heads up that we’ll be out of the shop on Saturday June 13th as we’re taking part in a 5K run for Mental Health Awareness. 💚

This will be the very first 5K either of us has ever completed, and to be honest, it’s a little intimidating. But we’re doing it as a reminder that we can do hard things, one step at a time.

Mental health has touched so many lives, and we’re honoured to support a cause that encourages connection, resilience, and hope.

We’ll be back in the shop soon, hopefully with sore legs, big smiles, and our very first 5K crossed off the list. 🏃‍♀️✨
