Laurel IET Master Instructor Connecting souls thru energy healing. I grew up on a farm in rural SE sask. Middle child only girl. Dysfunctional Christian family. In truth that’s all we have.

I remember praying hard as a child. Always knowing there was a creator, a higher power I’ve lived by faith my whole life. I have 2 amazing sons who have been with me thru grief, trauma, change, and divorce. Let’s say my forties was filled with many lessons for growth and expanding. In 2012 I hit my lowest of lows and starting seeking alternative therapies. I stopped drinking and started praying f

rom my heart. Being guided and humbly led to be more. Over the next few years I expanded with courses and learning. Firstly becoming a Integrated energy therapy master instructor, And adding more modalities and skills along the way. Such as Access Bars, making my own healing drums to lead drumming circles, added crystal sound therapy, attuned Reiki Master, certified Death Doula and laughter leader to name a few. I had a 16 year career in recreation providing programming for a community of 10,000 people which allowed me to explore and share at a great level. My life experiences have brought me to where I am today and I am grateful for every single step along the way even the most painful. I’ve realized we all continue to learn from each other and it’s so important to share. Without my healing community I would not be able to be here to share With you. I love helping others. Building connections. That’s my purpose. I am honoured you are here. I love being outside. In nature. With my puppy, my partner my favourite people doing things. Living life to the fullest. I get asked this a lot after sessions and circles —

"Is this normal? I'm so tired. I feel emotional and I don't even know why. I feel a little off. Is something wrong?"

Yes. It is completely normal. And nothing is wrong — something is actually very right.

What you are feeling is called integration. Your body, mind, and energy field are processing and reorganizing after deep work. It is a sign the healing landed. It is a sign something shifted.
YOU MIGHT NOTICE
Tiredness or the need for more sleep than usual
Feeling emotional, tearful, or tender without a clear reason
A flat or "blah" feeling — low energy, quiet, a little disconnected
Vivid dreams or disrupted sleep as things process
Heightened sensitivity — to people, environments, noise
Feeling unusually thirsty or hungry
A deep sense of peace or unexpected lightness

Most integration symptoms pass within 24–72 hours. If something feels persistent or overwhelming, please reach out. There is no right or wrong way to feel after healing work — every body is different, every experience is valid.

The tiredness won't last.
