I was blessed to have some time a few weeks ago to go to Vermillion to hand pick each Smokey Quartz, and hand pick a few goodies for myself too.

I was an absolute ruthless a** to myself until I was about 23...
I have actively moved away from treating myself in such ways, it was not easy but it's been worth it. I still catch myself once in a while, because I'm practicing being human.

The Luteal phase kicks my butt every time, and I'm always wondering what is going on until I check my cycle calendar. FYI lower energy at this point in your cycle is normal!
