Captain’s Log ⚓️

Saturday work day is done... apparently that doesn't mean I'm done getting worked on. 😂

My daughter came to visit for the weekend and brought her tattoo equipment.

So naturally, the Captain volunteered to be the canvas. 😏🤘

Pretty damn cool getting to support your kid's craft while adding another chapter to my own collection. 🫶

Some tattoos are more than just ink… this one means everything to me. ❤️

This piece was designed for my dad and is filled with pieces of our story, our memories, and the things that have connected us throughout our lives. Every little detail has a meaning, from the lilies and nautical elements, to the compass, ships, clocks, and the father-and-son imagery.

The clocks represent my brother’s birthday and time, as well as mine, forever marking two incredibly important moments in our family’s story. The ships and ocean represent the memories, adventures, and everything my dad and I have shared together. The father and son walking toward the horizon is a reminder of the bond between a parent and their child, and the path we’ve walked together.

When you look at this tattoo, you’re not just looking at a collection of images. You’re looking at our family, our memories, our love, and our story..all brought together into one piece.

I put so much heart into this one because it’s not just a tattoo for my dad… it’s a piece of us that he’ll carry forever. 🖤

Thank you, Dad, for being such a huge part of who I am. I hope every time you look at this, you’re reminded of just how much you mean to me. 🥹❤️
