✅ I have another FREE list of remote nurse jobs for U.S. nurses! This time it’s a list for remote NP (nurse practitioner) jobs in the U.S.!

These are jobs that were manually found on lesser known sites online. So there should be less competition for these jobs potentially. 😉 No big job board posts here! So hopefully you’re not competing with hundreds of applicants.

This list includes a handful of 1099 contract jobs as well.

Last week, several nurses told me they’d like to see more 1099/contract jobs in these lists I post. So I’ll be including more of these types of jobs going forward.

🤔 Can nurses outside the U.S. get remote U.S. nursing jobs?

A lot of people assume the answer is either “yes, of course” or “no”.

However, the reality & truth is more complicated than this.

➡️ Some remote nursing roles DO exist for international nurses.
➡️ Some require a U.S. license.
➡️ Some depend on where the patient is located.
➡️ And some are actually clinical review or support roles behind the scenes.

I’ve been digging into this lately because there’s a lot of confusion about it.

Are you a nurse outside the U.S. trying to understand what’s actually possible in terms of remote U.S. nurse work?

I’m a nurse and I created this page to share remote nursing jobs that are harder to find — not the ones with hundreds of applicants on the big job boards.

To get things started, I put together a FREE list of 25 Remote RN Jobs that were posted last week between March 30 - April 4, 2026.

All these remote non-bedside jobs are open to U.S. RNs without previous remote experience.

They are multi-state remote RN jobs that require an active multi-state/compact RN license.
